No, you are incorrect, Africa is a continent not a race, there are many different races of black people in Africa, for example the tutsi's and hutu, tutsi's are tall, Hutu's are normal height both are black, try googling the Rwandan genocide, where did you get your concept of race from, the nineteenth century ?

He needs to bring some more laws in to stop people profiteering/stock piling, I believe some awful individuals are deliberately emptying the shelves and then selling the goods on at 1000% profit, there are people going hungry now, so he needs to sort this problem out and the awful individuals involved in this need to be removed from our society.
