2000 Nissan S14a cat
I need a cat and downpipe for my 2000 Nissan S14a and I just want to check to make sure this is the right one before I purchase. If anyone is in the know and can give some advice that would be greatly appreciated.
Normally I would measure the one that is on the car but it came with a decat downpipe.

but then I am struggling to find the front downpipe that goes with it.
But I have also seen this........so now I am totally confused, is this just a different way of doing it so I don't need 2 piece?

They had a pre-cat on the front pipe and then a cat. But you just need a catalyst to pass an mot. You can use the front pipe that you have. Just measure the length of the decat pipe for the right size

Sorry I missed what you wrote. Just use a 3” 14a aftermarket front pipe and a catalyst. I have a genuine 14a front pipe you can buy £30
