The 2017 SXOC Weekender 4-6 August Track and Drift!!!
So here it is folks, finally the booking thread is up for the Club Weekender 2017.
So here we go again!!!! THE best event you will attend in 2017.
So what's changing for 2017
So yes we are going back to Rockingham!!!
After last year they have been very keen to have the club back and make amends and have come up with a stonking package!!
We also will be lining up some fun and games to make up for last years disappointment.
As well as the normal track shenanigans we will have all day drift on the BDC layout in the outside paddock!!! this has been hugely popular and is good for beginner or more seasoned drifter.
So here are the main details:
What is it?
A party extravaganza with music, entertainment, games, a show 'n' shine and maybe a little drinking.
Open Pit lane track day and all day drifting ( you can do either or so don't panic )
This is going to be the premier event of 2017 for the SXOC and I can promise you it's not to be missed.
Just ask anyone who was there in 2015 or at Anglesey, Snetterton, Blyton or Prescott Hill.
Now while there are no official rules it is entirely at your own risk you bring children.
This is a weekend designed for big kids with big boy toys and the odd beer or ten :)

NN17 5AF is the official postcode but doesn't work nicely with sat nav.
Located near Corby in Northamptonshire, with plenty of nearby supermarkets and Super Unleaded fuel.

So how much will it cost, and how do I pay????
A full weekend camping ticket for a Member with the trackday included will be £182.00
A full weekend camping ticket for a Guest with the trackday included will be £208.40
A full weekend camping ticket for a 2nd driver of a shared car, will be £125
A full weekend camping ticket for a Member will be £40
A full weekend camping ticket for a Guest will be £50
Trackday only prices are the same as above.

The small print
The club retains the rights to the track time. If for any reason you cannot use your track time the club will
endeavor to sell it on to another member for you but cannot guarantee this. Sale of track time is non transferable or refundable.
Any driving considered unacceptable by the track owner OR SXOC staff will result in your track time being ended
and no further access to this or other SXOC track events will be allowed.
noise limit is 105db static. 95db driveby. All cars must be tested before going on track
That's about all I can think of for now, in short, be sensible and don't do anything on or off the track which would cause any embarrassment to either yourself or the club. If you do then expect to lose your track time and/or your membership
