Boggy /chokey start when engine hot but idles fine

Hello guys.

Car starts fine when cold and idles fine. As soon as it warms up if i turn it off and turn it over to restart it it starts at about 300 rpm and goes up to normal idle within about a second. It fires up straight away still theres no delay when its warm, No issues when driving or after the inital second And no misfiring or rough idling its purely the start up that isn't normal.

Just fitted new plugs, fuel filter and cleaned up the throttle body and no difference. It doesn't ever stall it's more an irritation.

Any advice or recommendations please?
