S13 time to sell I think

Right, I've had the s-body sitting on the drive since last November due to a a blown head gasket. I then decided to sort out any rust in the engine bay whilst the engine was out and that is all finished now. I was planning on fitting the turbo to the replacement engine today and then fitting the replacement engine when a f**kin hangin basket flew off in the wind and cracked the windscreen. It is the final straw for me so I've decided to sell.

The good:

• I have welded and reconditioned the engine bay inc strut tops
  
  Replacement engine that I purcahsed is ready to go aside from the turbo (included) fitting to it.
  
  I've welded the passengerside footwell and the passengerside sils so that's all sorted.
  
  All of the work removing the engine includes pictures of all of the parts removed and labeled in a box.
  
  The Mods
  
  Dual SBC Electronic boost controller
  
  Apexi induction kit
  
  BC coilovers
  
  Cooler spark plugs (can't remember which)
  
  uprated fuel pump
  
  Saab FMIC
  
  custom intercooler piping
  
  2.5 inch (I think) exhaust
  
  HD Stage 1 chip
  
  New silicone coolant hoses fitted
  
  New upraded and oversized front speakers
  
  original-wing delete (still have the wing)
  
  Front strut brace
  
  Pioneer USB head unit
  
  Tow bar (odd I know, but I used to motox)
  
  Working donor engine
  
  V5 in my name
  
  84k only (was owned by a nice old lady and was completely original when I got it (pictured)
  
  interior in good condition
  
  original engine included
  
  They'll be other stuff that I have forgotten
  
  The Bad
  
  No MOT SORN
  
  Rust - particularly on the rear arches. Fixable but i've just lost interest. There is a patch of rust on the driverside footwell as well. And bits of surface rust in different spots all over the car, really.
  
  Obviously the engine is not in the car so it will need to be towed
  
  AND a brand new 6 inch crack in the windshield!
  
  Polished Advan SA3R's not included. I'll sell them seperately.
  
  What else can I say, I absolutely love this car but I just don't have the time or inclination to finish it. I am happy to talk to anyone interested in the car

Lincoln. Not a clue. Can't be arsed thinking up a number (I know I know, against forum rules). I'd rather sell her here than ebay though.

Take a step back, you're pissed off with it now, but if you sell it cheap I'm pretty sure you'll regret it later.

May as well stick it up for a stupid price, say £4k.

You're probably right, Cleanhands. That's what the gf was saying to me yesterday when I pulled the effing hangingbasket off the windshield. I think £4k is a stupid price, but I see what you're saying.

All this time and I thought it was red !,not a rare two tone, sad to see it might be going mate, can't you hang on to it a bit longer?
you might regain interest in it and get it sorted and usable again,or at least get the engine in and running would make a more valuable and sellable car

You'll regret it, been there myself and so have a few of my mates. Get it fixed and you'll look back and think **** I'm glad I didn't get rid.

Plus.. it's a two tone :cool: :cool:

I'd love a two tone s13. One day I'll get one. One day.

Thread resurrection! Unfortunately, I'm definetely going to sell up. I will probably brake it for parts (I'll post it on the For Sale section tonight). I need to start with the shell (as the missus has been very patient on that one) so if anyone is interested hit me up. I'm happy to sell the shell with/without all of the standard interior and rolling on the BC coilovers (chucked the old ones unfortunetly) and standard wheels, unless you can take her away on a flatbed.
