Gaffer tape the lights down
Thanks Jeff
Yeah, you can stick a diode in one the connectors...
Autolink do a kit with instructions for a couple of quid :)
Thanks Jonny, can't find it on their website though?

Although that's the relay for popping the lights up when you flash the headlights - think I was getting confused :wack:
this may be more relevant - seems there's a dim/dip relay that you can remove to stop the lights popping up on sidelight..

What like sleepy eye thing?
Don't you just shorten the rods?
Don't you have side lights next to the indicators, in the same cluster?
IIRC early cars had both dim headlights and side lights at once, you can remove the relay to stop the headlights popping up and just use the lights in the indicators cluster..
Those holes below your headlights are where the indicator/sidelight units usually sit. Where are your front indicators then?
I see it hasn't got them :wack:
It was bought like that
I'm putting some on the wing mirrors
That's nice and legal :wack:
Don't think it would pass an MOT with indicators just in the wing mirrors either.
I reckon it would be iffy - if you are at a junction indicating right, traffic from the left won't have a hope in hell's chance of seeing your right hand wing mirror... PM Chris on here and see what he thinks :)
Not legal at all. You can have the side repeaters on the mirrors but you need to have some on the front of the car too.
Hmm I'll look into it then
good lad, if i had known you could have bought mine as ill be buying some clear smoked indicators for mine soon :)
