little update, finnished the pannels to hide the holes left when you strip the rear, used 1mm ns4 aluminium, very hard but light with a covering of black valvet [got it cheap £5:nod: ]

VERY interested in your electric water pump conversion.......how much did the pump cost? and where are you mounting it?

also to answer the question above, the 2 pumps with a digital controller cost £300:eek: but as im investing mucho dosho in the engine it gives me piece of mind:nod: :D same as the accusump:)

that diffuser looks coool, how are you sealing it at the forward end? so that the air doesnt go above it

i found the sx floor pan lends its self to it, i have the car on stands at the back to see the suspension drop and i can box up really close to the wheels all around, over the diff and gearbox, looking at ducting some air between the floor and the under-tray to cool the gearbox and diff and as i have no fuel tank now i could duct the air out through the boot and keep the airflow clean under the car:)
i just need to know any implications regarding mot time and me covering the floor up
