Wheelchairs and mobility aid help.

A family member is currently requiring the use of a wheel chair while out and a walker around the house.

Does anyone know of a walker that can fold down small enough to attach to a wheelchair? Sticks aren’t ideal as he’s unstable on his feet and exiting the chair without one isn’t easy if at all possible.
