Sr20det noise!!! Struggling to pin point problem

So I've bought another s14a and came with a forged engine that hasn't even been run in yet.
The engine does make a noise on throttle. But no on idle.
And I checked lifters and there good, checked rockers and all good, vvt is supposed to be new and chain and tentionere are also new. And still can't figure out what this noise is. Am actually thinking of swapping the engine with a standard one if someone what's too and knows what they are doing as I can't figure it out.
Can anyone help??

Does it go away when it's warm?

Hi m8. Nope it doesn't at all. It goes away on idle and comes on when feathering the throttle. I had the cover off and pressed on lifters but non move.
