Well that almost spoiled my day - bloody slow download gave me ample time to contemplate postponing performance uprades and servicing...

Think I'll pass it onto a few aquaintances..

I understand the correct Max Power term is "slammed"

Please do not ask where I was made aware of this terminology, the response could give offence.

Keep thos Kerbs away from the wheels.
And slow down when you get near speed humps. a it hurts and b I've ground the exhaust every once in a while.

Keep thos Kerbs away from the wheels.

Wish the last owner of the wheels had done that! Unfortunately 2 of them are scratched but they are pretty cheap to re-furbish-i hope!

Isn't slammed, when you drop the car so low, it rides on the bump stops?

35mm sure can't be considered as being slammed?

I think slammed is the term for "b*llocksing up the handling of an already w*nk car" they seem impressed by tramlining and understeer in Max Power... :-P

Ooh! What I wouldn't give for some nice, safe understeer! http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/biggrin.gif

ie. The ridiculous Nova on 19" wheels on the front of fast-car! (yes that is correct, 19" rims!, Must have had to cut half the car off to fit them) http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/biggrin.gif

Argh! The Beast http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/wink.gif had 255/40R18's on the front when I got it - tramlined like anything. Swapped 'em for a pair of 235/40R18's now, and the handling has improved no end.

Just need to get the geometry done now...
