Converting DivX to VCD.

Who has successfully converted a DivX movie to VCD?

I have tried many things yet fail miserably.

Nath, DivX or VCD?
Swap you for the best Info Disk you can get. ;-)

Jezz, a good program to use would be something like Ligos LSX Encoder - it converts AVI's directly to MPEG1 or MPEG2, including VCD standard. However I've had a couple issues where it doesn't like the AVI as standard so needed to use a conversion program (e.g. Virtualdub) to convert it before hand.
