I have just received final details for the Haynes Motor Museum Track Day.

As stated previously, the track places were for members only and are now all taken. However, a number of members and non-members have expressed an interest in coming along for a meet and to spectate. You are, of course, welcome.

Here's details taken from Dreamracers confirmation:

"Over the course of the day, the track will be open for a total of 6 hours over 2 sessions. During these sessions there will be brief pauses for changes to the lap layout.

On arrival at the museum, as you enter the car park, turn right and park near the fence at the far side, near to the gates for the track, where one of our marshals will be present to welcome you.

Timetable of events:
09:45 Arrival & Briefing track-side.
10:00 Track Opens
13:00 Lunch break
14:00 Track Opens
17:00 End of Day

All of your spectators, are attending at their own risk, and are permitted in the Museum’s car park or on top of the banking on the main straight of the track. There is no charge for spectators.

The exact format of the day will be outlined on the briefing at 09:45. Please ensure everyone attending the event is aware they must bring a helmet, and their car MUST be road legal'

The Haynes Motor Museum is located here (http://www.haynesmotormuseum.com/map.htm).

Hope to see you there!

There is still one track space free! If you want it, please post on the thread in the Events section here (http://www.sxoc.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=80376).

Supposed to be letting off a bit tomorrow. Don't worry, you won't be on the track with anyone else. :)
