Hi All!
Next Swindon meet at the Check Inn will be the 4th May....
Sounds like there might be a few more people there this month so we may truly break in o double figures for the first time Yeh! :thumbs:

yay , i'll be there aslong as the car passes it's MOT
i have even cleaned her ( well one half and the bonnet ) :smash:
just need my gaskets and i can start on that engine .
Keep fingers crossed people....should have the car by the evening of 4th May, however by the time i pick it up i'll have no mot or tax :cry:

ill be up for that if were going to have a bit of a convoy down there.

not too keen on convoys as people get lost all the time :o :D
coombe is well easy to get to J17 on M4 and follow signs.
thinking of taking the back roads in as last time i was surrounded by a group of chavs . luckilly i was in the Transit :wack:
I think having a convoy would be a good laugh :p we could meet at pub then straight down m4, ractically takes you there.

I agree...ill be going no matter what.
If nyone wants to convoy up with me feel more than welcome...although if ive still got honda ull all have 2 stay below 3000 rpm so i can keep up!!

IM BLOODY WORKING FOR JAPFEST!!
swear im guna go on the doll...fed up with having to work all time...wud of had my s13 2!!
i signed up last week. i would like to show off the car at japfest if poss. :)
Not a chance in hell im affraid, all stand passes are taken, and the queue is longer than the inside leg belonging either to Matt_J or Little_jim for the spares 5 I have/had :eek:
You wont get on the stand without a pass either im affraid :(

Right, just been for a blast out wroughton way to recce where this Check Inn is. Found about 15 bl00dy pubs in and around Wroughton before I gave up and headed home. Thought I would cruise back through Old Town, and would you believe it - there is the sign fort he Check Inn :annoyed:
Ah well. Plus, had a white van driver flash at me, and tell me to slow down, which I thought was ironic... :p
Anyways, all set now, so see you on Tuesday. Do you get food at the pub, or should I eat before hand to save looking like a fat heffer? :wack:

Some of us eat down there , the food isn't great but it's curry night on Tuesdays :thumbs:

Got a guy who owns K-Tec Racing coming down from London to look at the engine and plug his laptop into the ECU to see what's happening...or not happening. :smash: :wack:

Would have made this one but ...................... effing altenator went on the company car this morning on the way to Harrow and got as far as Amersham on the way back late this afternoon and have just got in curtesy the AA.

im working when jap fest is on so i wont be there unfortunatly....will be at the next meet hopefuly though.
had my s13 for a full 24 hours and i can now c what all the fuss is about...my s13s completly standard yet everything u ask from it, it delevieres!!
fitted my blitz sus induction kit today....lolol...are u meant to be hear the turbo spooling up??lolol...sounds lush and im well n truely in love :smitten:
yep , induction kit makes a huge and really cool sound . one of my fave sounds ever :D
shame i removed mine the other day and replaced it with the standard airbox :wack:

why u take it off matey?? ive just simply fallen in love with the sound of the turbo spooling up n then it dieing down again as i back off the throtle.
im really suprised at how much grip there is in the wet...saying that ive gone nowhere near 3k rpm mid-bend or roundabout yet!!
i know its early but ny idea when the next meet is??
All mods are going on the new S13 :D
but still have to drive the current one so T25 ,standard exhaust , chip and FMIC will be going on the old one friday evening so the white one will feel really slow :D :smash:
next meet will be after Japfest on the 1st of June :thumbs: hopefully nice and warm

if your going to mod it go along and get some feedback from others as what to get next , all of them are friendly and you'll get a good idea of what can be done

dont think there is an oxford meet...do know off a milton keynes meet though.

what was wrong with her in first place??
Ummmm where do i start.......everything! Only joking. it was a fault in the engine loom and subframe. replaced subframe, bushes, engine loom and uprated the anti roll bars with Whiteline Adj roll bars. nice! Running about 280bhp apparently.
