Neighbouring Meets and SW Region Boundaries

A number of people have recently queried the boundaries of the South West region. To clarify, I found Steve Carter's original SXOC region map.

For those that hadn't noticed, Wales is very close to many of us in the South West and they have regular meets which are well attended and great fun (rains less often than you might expect too ).
