Who wants to meet at the ace cafe at 8:30 at the bar inside the ace cafe? First tuesday of the month? 2nd march isnt it?

And suggestions on how we know who is who?

it's a jap car performance meet rather than an sxoc meet, so there are already plenty of cars coming :D

Who went to this?? i got there fasionably late (about half 10) not in the 200 though, i was sofa man for the night :)
I was there together with Atrull and Lennie.
I'm sure I saw Lasitha's car parked outside on the street but didn't meet him.
On the way out I saw another S14 (can't remember if it was and "a") though with chrome alloys parked up.
The place was well packed yesterday. Loads of cars!!
I saw A Trull, wasnt going to go but a mate bought a car, we went to pick it up & got invited to the ace cafe.. ever been there before, i wish id driven the 200 up there now!!
Note to self.. dont park your car anywhere near the roundabout!!
I saw proof of Lasitha :D Met him briefly before he went off.
Oh, and Risky Business was about earlier, having brought his lovely-sounding z32-tt :notworthy:

Sorry I couldn't be there sooner, but came straight from a garage about 9:30 after spending all day refitting my turbo again!
Still would mind getting together with some owners as my car has some strange handling characteristics which I wouldn't mind comparing to another s14.....

I managed tro take banana_andrew for a ride in my car - kept hitting the fuel cut though :mad: - which kinda proved how cold it was out there at that time. It was registering 4C on the thermo.
Can't wait to get the FC fitted :nod:
I'll try and be there next month - Trying to get the Mrs to come down too (but she's always got something better to do!) :rolleyes: Might come down in her Lexus next time - but not quite a performance car - looks nice though (IMO). ;)

I managed to get my Bren device installed today and I seem to be getting a small hesitation above 5500rpm.
Would have liked someone to have a look and see if know what the problem is....

I was late because i felt rather mashed but i thiught i better come down after saying i would meet in the bar. I didnt stay too long, probably only a hour.
It was nice and busy, a nice bit of street drifto. But there was some dodgey geeza with a towtruck fiddling around with a crx next to my car. He looked really shady and i could imagine him loading my 200sx up and nicking it, so most of my time was spent keeping a eye on my motor because i didnt trust his dodgeyness. After that i had a good laugh at the peice with the red civic doing wheel spins, then went home to sleep.
Sorry guys, i didn't stay long.
Its was too damn cold! I saw Didin's car( how clean was your car mate!) in the car park, met Alex in the Bar just before I went:wave:
I probably won't be coming next month, but we'll have to see.:rolleyes:
Also careful with the parking guys,
the shop next to Ace (can't remember what its called) ha people there clamping cars...my mate got clamped to the princely sum of £250! I think that they are illegal clampers coz the address they gave my mate didn't even exist. Just a warning to you all.
the ace clearly needs to have it's own angle grinder man :D
More to the point if anyone does get clamped, i doubt that they will put it on carefully, thus scraping our nice alloy wheels to sh*t!:mad:
Somebody dented my wheel arch on my old car with a clamp. But it was a shit car so i didnt care and just ripped the clamp off then drove off. :clap:
Sorry I didn't make it guys, I've just been having one of those weeks, plus I misplaced my insurance cert. so couldn't tax the beast and didn't think it was a good place to go untaxed. Still, there's always next month.:rolleyes:
