Dunno. Is it foam or cotton? 'Cos foam ones are generally crap, especially cheap foam ones. Fitting a rubber neck to the AFM may be tricky, 'cos I think there is a bellmouth on the end. Could be wrong tho', it might be easy....

The hole thing is stainless bar the rubber were the hose clip goes. Stainless mesh!!! Wash it, dry it slap it back on and no rust!! max air flow... More feed back chaps before I order it!!
