Ok i've had my motor for a year since new, tell me what mods are best for a grand (ish).
ive already put 8*18in masitaly alloys with falen 215/35*18 tyres and spent a little on a carbon fiber dash from the US - it has totally transformed the car, but now its time to sort out the sound/performace. as my car has a CAT what are the best options for exhaust systems / airfilters / chippin' etc. Do these spitfire plugs actually work??????

£1000 to blow? you lucky beggar!!
I've just spent a couple of hundred quid on an amp and sub for the boot and a couple of door speakers. It's amazing the difference it makes to the sound quality and even though I'm not of that persuasion normally, I laugh my a55 off every time I pop on my junglist speed garage rude boy CD!! http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/biggrin.gif http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/biggrin.gif http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/biggrin.gif

Then I'd plump for a nice juicy exhaust and intake to make the engine a bit more responsive.

And how about getting some uprated brakes and a quickshift with the change.

Spend £580 + fitment (ish?) on the Norris Designs 240bhp upgrade kit, and while their fitting it ask them to fit some Eibach springs (30mm lower, improves grip LOADS).

Assuming you want sound from the engine not from the hi-fi, I'd say get an induction kit first, and then once you've heard the difference that makes, consider whether you still need a bigger exhaust. If you need some good advice on what to do, give Option Motorsport a call on 01327 858555 - they have quite a bit of experience in modifying Nissans as well as other Japanese Cars.
PS - are there are 200sx meets in Suffolk?

I live in Newmarket, i've seen a modified 200sx in Bury last week, but does anyone want to meet up? Ipswich is ok.
