I own a 1995 S14. But I prefer the S14a front end. How much would a headlight conversion cost?

I guess I'll need the lights, bonnet, left and right wing and bumper...

Hmmm rather expensive... http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/frown.gif

Can I add a quesion in here... when did the S14a enter the British roads? If I was looking to buy a S14a what year/reg would I be looking at? Thanks

Silver, the S14a would have been released in the UK late in '96 I think. Most Jap cars change in some way every 2 years or so.

Teamcapsule, if you want the front to look more aggressive looking maybe think about a big front mount intercooler with a bumper designed to house one. I think it would make the car look a bit like an R32, from the front anyway.

Yeah I guess that's one way to go.

I already have a front bumper in mind... but can only fit it AFTER I get an FMIC... otherwise it would look bad.

I like this bumper, it's nothing fancy... just a BIG, BIGGGGGGGG opening for the FMIC... but I guess I'll need a HUGE FMIC for that one! http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/biggrin.gif

The conversion would cost about £5K!

S14a introduced in October 1996 "P" plate.

'98 Saphire Blue S14 (manual of course)
Far too many mods to list here, it takes up far too much space and after being asked very nicely I've decided to shorten the sig (Is that a WOOHOO I hear??)
I, have NO SMELLY TREE, have no plans for a smelly tree and do not want a smelly tree, EVER!!!
Do not take offence to anything I say, even though I probably mean it. I am more than slightly mad, so just chill de feck oooot, ok!

If you want a slanty-eyed effect you can actually buy 'eyebrows' for the 14, which stick on the top of the lenses and mimmic the profile of the 14a ones. Normally I think these look extremely tacky on XR3's Golfs etc, but the pictures of the 14 I saw in a US magazine with them fitted looked okay.

They wouldn't happen to have mentioned a URL or anything like that for those "eyebrows"?

I'll check my magazine tonight, I seem to remember most of the kit on the car was GReddy stuff.

Re those 'eyebrows'. No mention in the mag where they came from, sorry.
