Hi,
Anyone tried a tube-torque exhaust for an S14 ? Just had a quote for £480+VAT off them.

Is that for a full system or just cat back? What is the pipe diameter?

I'm after a 3" diameter stainless front section and cat replacement pipe to fit with my Blitz cat-back, do tube torque do custom stuff?

Yeah, they do a lot of custom stuff. If you look on their web site http://www.tubetorque.co.uk they seem to do manifolds for race teams and all kinds. It's a 2.5" cat back system for that price, in stainless. Driving there on monday morning, should be made and on the car by the afternoon, and I'll be on the phone negotiating my overdraft limit again !

Whats the difference between that and a mongoose, is it mandrell bent or welded sections ?
The mongoose is 2.5" mandrell bent full system with the cat replacement included (£329 inc).

Dave,
I like your cartoon man. I like to think he's tugging on a rope ?
Well.. Hmmm. I hope I'm not wasting my money, I was probably put off by the ND description which says the CAT is removed to allow pre 95 cars to pass an MOT. Looks ND have got their description wrong ?
