Hey
I love my car and it's wheels and I'm not too keen on cosmetic mods but......

Will a set of R33 Skyline R33 GT-R wheels fit my S14
The ones I mean are the standard 10 spoke type factory fitted

http://a6.g.akamai.net/7/6/5509/961332499/autospeed.com/site/autospeed//images/0556_5hi.jpg

The standard wheels are pretty close to the strut anyway

Any clues chaps?

Yes, they'll bolt straight up, but you have to change the. Saw an S14 with these wheels and it looked rather nice. Also, there's a set of them going at www.gtr.co.uk (http://www.gtr.co.uk) think the guy wants about a grand for them.

Yes they should fit straight on, best get a garage to do the adjustments.

I saw a pair of R32 GTR wheels on an S14 a while back and they looked excellent, wouldn't mind a pair myself. Got more important things to buy first.

I'll try dig out the picture.

The GTR website should have some going, they all upgrade to 18, 19+ inch wheels.

...tyres!

The wheels are 9x17 and run 245/45s as standard, which is a bit wide for the front of a 200sx.

I'm very interested in those skyline rims... could you give me the URL of the skyline website please?

Thanks in advance!

www.gtr.co.uk (http://www.gtr.co.uk)

Have a look on their forum, I believe they're listed under for sale items.

Are there a lot of R33 rims around? Because a grand is quite steep a price. I can get some 18" with tyres for that price.

Yeah, and then you wouldn't be a 200 owner who wanted a skyline but couldn't afford one so just got the wheels instead.

Be different.

Far too many mods to list here, it takes up far too much space and after being asked very nicely I've decided to shorten the sig (Is that a WOOHOO I hear??)
I, have NO SMELLY TREE, have no plans for a smelly tree and do not want a smelly tree, EVER!!!
Do not take offence to anything I say, even though I probably mean it. I am more than slightly mad, so just chill de feck oooot, ok!

I was offered a set for £450 inc tyres, thing is I reckon 9x17 is a bit too wide for the front. Plus would have had to change all the tyres (expense! Plus I wanted 18's)....

So basically 17x9 and 18x9 are too wide for the S14 eh? Ok then, I'll look for some other rims...

What do you guys think of these?
http://www.dvr.be/ace/nl_spider.htm

unfortunately they only have it in 18x7.5 (no 18x8.5) for the S14... So I can only fit 225/40/18 max... no wider...

Too bad really because what I want to fit is 235/40/18 front
255/40/18 rear

Gotta be 255/35/18's mate.

those spiders lood awesome ... I want them.
How much are they ????

I thought 17x9 or 18x9 were fine to put on the rear wheels.

you gotta go for 17x8 or 18x8 on the front though, otherwise you get interference with the arches.

Well I got a quote for those ACE Spider rims. Here in Belgium the price is as following:

17x7 + 215/40/17 tyres = around £714 (50.000Bfr.)

18x7.5 + 225/35/18 tyres = around £1030 (72.000Bfr)

These are the ONLY sizes they have for the S14!!!

I quite fancy the 18"... but they only come in 18x7.5... a shame really , because I want to fit at least 18x8 in front and 18x9 in the rear...
