Having recently got some nice Eibach fitted, I have noticed that the car is skipping on certain road surfaces.

Also managed to wheelspin it in 4th on the way home on Sunday. hmmmm

Does anyone know what PSI should be run with Eibachs fitted?

Just eaking out a little air at a time and seeing how it effects my skipping, is what I am doing at the mo. Not the best solution but it seems to be working http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/biggrin.gif

Why should they be any different to standard?

Perhaps you're tyres were over inflated in the first place? They should be 32psi all round.

Bean,

The Eibachs are 30 to 35% stiffer than the standard springs.

The tyres are/were at 31psi and were really skipping when driving.

Perhaps the compound on the S02's has had its day? Looks like I will be buying my 18's sooner rather than later....

I'm on Eibachs, and didn't really notice any skipping on my old (standard) alloys at 30psi, or my new alloys also at 30psi. Maybe I'm just used to it and don't notice...

It is quite bumpy on Eibachs, have you checked that your shocks aren't worn - which would make the car more bouncy/skippy maybe.
