well.. i filled my tank without realising petrol was due to go up.. lol.. thought i'd been lucky like the petrol crisis..

i completely filled up (something i never used to do) at midnight the night before it all went tits up.. had loads of petrol throughout :)

I usually use Esso SUL but I was at Tesco at the time, and thought I wouldn't have time to fill up before prices didn't rise.

That Esso one off Broadwater road shuts early?? and I was too late.

Now have full tank of 95 :cry: Only usually put 20-25 ltrs in at a time

usually put esso normal in it, but its a standard car other than the suspension running standard boost, so gain little from sul or optimax..

Tyres OK to last winter £100 maybe I'll put two new ones on, as I'll be using them next winter.

They are the Jap spec so 7.5" width all round.

Can I also add...

Lets all stick to a sensible 80 and stay in a nice group. A convoy looks great when everyone is close together. Blasting off at 100+ causes people to get lost and gain points.

I like a nice steady 60, any faster and my pipe tends to fall out of my mouth
