Gearbox Oil

What grade of tranny oil should I be using and how much?

The 200SX owners manual for S13's says

API GL-4

for manual transmission, hope this helps.

I have got the oil, jacked up the car, loosened the drain plug (not drained it, thank god) but not a chance of getting the filler plug out.

Does anyone have any tips, either it's corroded in or some bunghole has use Loctite 601 as the tread locker instead of something a little less permanent.

yep the plug probably does have loctite or similar on it 'fraid its just brute force. I used 12" adjustable. When you fill the box i found that a pipe can go down from the engine bay, behind the turbo and straight into the hole.
