Last question - front of the BM is 225/40/18 on an 8. Would the rim take it without being too bloaty and fouling stuff?

Rim will be fine :-) If you will have room... it's 5mm more either side, you'd be the best judge on your car :-)

Delivery is £10+Vat for a pair or £15+Vat on 4 to uk mainland.

That's the only size. They're a decent premium summer tyre but budget money as they're on clearance - if I could use this size I'd be buying them for my car!
