It's lighting the wheel nicely, you just need to edit out the tent, put the wheel on a nice background and add some text to it :).
Could always get me to do some for you :p.

I have a wife who's good at it, this is just the raw unmolested photos as I thought some people would like to see them :)
Cutting out and adding a shadow is now problem...

:p I am hoping these new photos will look better than the older ones like that one above once cut out etc :)

Really long shutter, small aperture and low ISO, is that a good combination for such things?
I really am guessing and trying to go with what looks best.

If it were me then I would use the following settings.
Tripod,
Remote shutter release,
F11 (avoid small apertures as this will make the image soft and give a shallow depth of field.
50mm focal length
shutter speed to suit the lighting (guessing you are using continuous, if not then keep it under 1/200th)
ISO as low as possible to reduce noise levels.

It's on a tripod, and a timer as I have no remove :)
I think the settings were something like:
F18
ISO200
Shutter 1.8 seconds ish

Tripod and timer will be fine.
Drop it to F11 as that's where lenses are tested and calibrated so that's usually the sharpest aperture they have :).
