I've made a two stage boost switchey thing.
16psi for the dry/going fast
5psi for the wet/not going sideways/motorway cruising..less wear on b*****d expensive turbo
Does running on 5psi do any damage because the engine does sound a bit laboured when accelerating

I would set it to the standard 10psi, maybe the ignition is too advanced for such a low boost level.

Now that sounds a handy thingy to have.. How do you go about making one of these? Do you need a couple of bleed valves? or can you strap somehting on keeping a ND actuator?

AMAL valve seems to work pretty well (with a standard actuator). Think Will posted some details about his install a while back.
