Enyone think A Reading mini meet is a good idea?

yeah, I'd probably be up for that :)
Only up the road from me, so I could be persuaded :) although I'm incredibly busy these days (house hunting / selling mainly) so I can't guarantee that I'd be able to make it. Will do my best though, if I'm free :)

Reading or Basingstoke sounds good.
If its in Reading i think madjeski stadium mc ds car park.
If its Basingstoke how about Tescos car park or is that Chineham.

I think reading seems prefered for everyone so far.
I thought basingstoke because its central to all including winchester!!!!
Has anyone though about having a regular meet say fortnightly or monthly for the localish area!!!!
Hanging round a carpark like the good ol' days :rolleyes:
Suppose we could end up in a pub for a stiff coke....
Weekday seems better so far, how about next tuesday (15th).

Good to meet you all, good turn out!
Thanks to Richie for doing the FBU on my motor, I don't think he can resist fiddling about with cars! It certainly felt better on the way home as the bloke in the blue TT found out, and it's banging and popping even more.
Couple of pics, would have taken more but I was too busy chatting. We got a lot af attention from the locals as well.

Was really impressed with the turn-out :thumbs: About twice as many as I'd expected :D Very glad to hear it's going to happen every month - it's nice to have local meets!

Fook me yeah, didn't seem that different on the motorway, but been playing today and it pulls a lot harder and the turbo spools up a lot quicker.
Just had a thrash with a modded pulsar and kept up with it (in the wet).
Off to fit my boost gauge now........

Good turn out guys, I went to the skyline meet in Wokingham after dropping my car off at ND and there were about 7 skylines a GTIr. Maybe we could combine the two for quite a big meet. I'll see you again on the 12th. with my car running properly

Billing? I know everyones talking about this, but when the threads started i was in hospital. I know its a big jap meeting, i think its between 26th 27th july, but thats all i know, can someone enlighten me please :rolleyes:

Is there a convoy setup or is no one going?
I am not sure if I'm going or not, I was planning a trade stand but I am flying back from Italy on Saturday. I might wonder up on Sunday for a look round if I'm not too knackered.
Well my 200sx knocking hasnt been sorted by mr norris.
BUT not only has the sound when lifting of in 1st when depressing clutch has gone but he told me it was poss/def bottom end. The super knock is still there prob NO3 or 4 piston!!!!
My dreams of 200were shattered.
And thinking all is bad mr norris told me instead of the normal £340 charge for fitting a non vvt cogg he then halfed the bill!!!!!
EVEN GIVING ME FREE LEGAL ADVICE ON HOW TO CLAIM AGAINST THE BASTARD WHO SOLD ME THE CAR 2 AND A HALF MNTHS AGO.
WHO ELSE WOULD OF DONE THAT?
the first time i went there he had a real good listen to the engine for free!!
and then halfs the bill to help ez the pain of a £2000-£3000 job

Lenagh has had the same knock and he thinks it should last the distance so ill run it till it blows or until i have the $ for a serous engine upgrade thanx for the support tac and hope to see u on the 12th at THE NEXT MEET.
