Does anyone know, what parts are included in the ND conversion 235 kit? I know that the ND 270 differs from 235 as it also has biger turbo, but i was wondering if i can get these parts from somewhere else as i live in finland and the shipping is pretty expensive.

thanx

The ND 235 kit is the same as the 270 kit, but you dont get the T3. I think the kit comprises of: Chip, Actuator, FMIC, K&N, Exhaust and boost gauge.

Thanx Stu, i find those parts from here too.. wondering on what boos pressure should it be set, to gain the expected 235 bhp? ...Also still wondering if i actually should order the kit, as it would be simply. Kind of new to these subjects as i only had the car for about 2 weeks... but neeeed more power...

Hi,
The boost pressure should be set to 15psi and you will need to sort your timing out. you get full instructions with the boost upgrade kit. just a word of warning make sure your turbos cold before you start, it hurts alot else http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/wink.gif

yos!! i have a massive blister on my left hand knuckles from fiddling around with the turbo at the weekend. Fitting the actuator is simple but you'll need a sharp drill bit and I had to flatten the actuator mounting plate out a bit as the ND one is a bit chunkier. For this you will need a big effin hammer. :-) The chip is easy too if you know someone with a solder sucker and a steady hand.

Thank U for advices. Now i wonder (oh.. here we go again...)that if i had my turbo modified (bigger wheels, etc) would it get near to T3? and another stupid question, what is basicly the differense between a "normal" turbo like T25 and a hybrid one?

thank you for your patience

the normal turbo has its insides played with, a larger compressor wheel is fitted to allow more boost/less boost dropoff. Im not sure but the T25 hybrid probably has a T28 compressor wheel, T28 hybrid probably has a T3 compressor wheel. A T3 hybrid is good fun! http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/wink.gif
