S14 alloy wheels?

Would they fit an S13, and if they did, would they alter the speedo reading?

Anyone? The standard S13 wheels are 195/60 V15 and the standard S14 wheels are 205/55 V16. I used to know the address of a site that you'd type in your tyre size, and it'd tell you what other sizes you could put on and the difference it'd cause to your speedo.
