hello mate going to make a order this weekend on oil ans spark plugs, i will be using silkoline pro s 5w40 oil, nissan oil filter, what sparkplugs should i put in? this is my spec http://www.sxoc.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=452424 should i use 5w40?

its about 365bhp at 1.6 bar its got NGK Iridium spark plugs in but no sure what ones

Im not back into the office till Tuesday, ideally I could do with my Denso and NGK books. If you can find out what NGK's are in it I can cross reff straight away.
