is the following true -:

Plus 4% duty plus 15% vat (at the moment, 17.5% vat come the 1st of January).

So £1781.68 + 4% = £1852.95 + 15% = £2130.89.

Unless they are offering to send the goods undervalued to avoid import taxes?

Any comments mazworx all i am after is a true indication of cost if a product is ordered from yourselves i,m sure others would appreciate some transparency also.

We are honestly not sure what the percentage rate is for import products into your country. That is something you guys will need to look into yourselves over there. From some research, the VAT is like our sales tax here in the US. Although for instance, you can only charge sales tax for items sent and sold within your state but if shipping outside the state or export, no sales tax would be charged. Not sure if it works the same over there.
