another what oil please

hi looking to buy some good oil off you.but dont know what one to order.

i drive a s13 ca18det engine,ive got a stage 1 chip fitted and induction kit with a full 3" exhaust and turbo elbow.

the engine is very ticky tappy on the top,might be the lifters.

could you recommend me a oil that will help quiet it down a bit.

also the engine had done almost 200 thousand miles:nod:.

I would go with the Pro S 10w-50, a great oil and very good at keeping the tappets quiet.
