For a 200SX S13 CA18DET.

Am I right in thinking that Silkolene SILKTRAN SYN 5 75W90 can be used in both?

Any idea how much I will need to do both?

2.4l gearbox
1.8l diff

Yes you can use it in both and as above, 2.4ltr and 1.8ltr.
