Recommend me oil

Hi
I am fitting a new engine at the weekend. It is second hand and has done about 7000 miles running at around 500BHP. It is fully forged and has poncams. I am hoping to run near to 500 on my setup and was wondering what oil you recommend for it. I will also need to buy this pretty quickly as to be honest i forgot i didnt have any so could you also give me a price inc delivery.
