Yea we can do that. We source out low mileage motors under 40K miles for customers in Australia all the time, build it and send it off.

Everything necessary for the rb conversion in an s14a if possible. As for the s15 engine just the complete built engine will do, no tranny ......:)

We've always used OEM oil pumps and water pumps with no issues...of course to a certain extent.

We've got Tomei or Apexi gaskets available.

Dry sump system are probably custom built to order.

You have the motor already? Or we have to supply everything? How much power are you looking for? What car is it going in?

Need more information from you :)

If not I can just tell you give me 15K, and call it a day :)

I have the SR20DET with NVCS but I not sure If I can use this? I'd like an 11k rpm screamer and a healthy 500bhp, it'll be going in an S14 :) 15k GBP or USD?

MazworxRacing

So its a S14 SR motor?

15K is USD, but I was just a bit exagerrating.

A good estimate for a motor built 2.2L able to handle 11K of your abuse will be around 12KUSD built top and bottom.

That price of course is you supplying the core. If we have to supply the longblock it be a different price.

Hi, how much for a black top (s14/s15) block with darton sleeves fitted for a 90mm piston? whats the shipping going to cost too?

A sleeved "prepped block" will be 2100.00USD shipped to you, if you provide the core if not S14/S15 core is about 350.00USD.

A "prepped block" includes.

Darton Sleeves to 90mm
Mazworx Main studs
S14 oil pump
Oil groove machining
clean and blast block
bore and hone with torque plate
resurface deck w/oil pump
Final line hone.

Lol, how much for the head then? I may possibly be able to get a suitable donor engine :)

Will all non-NVCS SR's accept the VVL head?

Well we have to buy the full longblock these days just to get the head. They range anywhere from 1200-1400 good clean longblocks.

We prefer to use the S13 SR20DET redtop or blacktop shortblock more so we dont have to tap off the oil feed.

Would this price be similar for RB26 internals? How well do you rate the rods and pistons?

interesting, so you don't think using N1 pumps is necessary? i have read a few threaqds that state they aren't really worth it!

can you supply fuel injectors and regulators etc for the rb25 engine?

Yes its about the same price for the RB26. The pistons are great we use them in everything we do.

The rods are good for about 500-700 hp.

We've always used the OEM pumps for our builds up to 1000hp.

Yes we can supply fuel injectors and regulators.

It really depends if you want to install new cylinder sleeves or not.

Hey guys, is this still right?

CP Pistons, Eagle Rods, ACL Race Bearing Set - $975.00USD LANDED!

Also, what are Calico coated bearings and what are the advantages? And finally, what's the perk of the upgraded rods you were offering for another $400 US?

MazworxRacing
12-08-2009, 15:55
The Calico coated bearings are coated with a special coating that prevents premature wear and heat.

The Manley Turbo Tuff Rods are I-Beam rods instead of H-beam. Those rods hold up to 800hp easily and come with bigger bolts.

MazworxRacing
13-08-2009, 14:32
Well the new sleeves will be much stronger (made from ductile iron) so it wont crack under extreme pressure at the coolant passages like most SR blocks do.

I'm now in the process of getting more power and considering a few options. So i was wondering what price you can give me of an overhauled sr20 s14 block with new internals that can handle 500hp safe and sound.
You source the engine, build it and i need a z32 tranny to handle the power. This will be fitted in my -97 s14a.

Can you give me a rough price so i can compare some prices and find out what i will do :)

Its suggested to run upgraded head studs when going 300-500 and 600+ go 1/2"

Head gasket you should change over but stay away from Cometic stuff. We have Apexi's instock if interested.
