How much are your built manfiolds? I want a topmount T3 manfiold with external wastgate for use with a Tial 44mm Wastgate

We actually dont do the whole manifolds. If we did, it would cost way too much ;(

No worries.

The top DIY one, is it top mount?

I might be interested in a topmount DIY T3 manfiold, with twinscroll flange, but ive got a tial 44mm wastagate and its clamped on not bolted if that makes any sense!

Do you do anything like that?

Thanks, Sam

Hi,
I have twin scroll T3 flanges available. If you have the 44, then its Vband so you wont need the 38mm flange so it will be 10.00 less on the price.

The manifold can be built for topmount setup. Finished product should look like this.

No worries.

For the extra flange, it will be 25.00USD. But no problem.

can you do these for the ca18det with t2 series flanges?

Would you guys consider making a top mount manifold, theres a complete gap on the market for a reasonable priced good quality sr20 (or CA18) manifold. Even something in the region of $500-$700 USD would be cheap compared to all at the moment!

MazworxRacing
20-04-2009, 13:24
SR20 possibly but the CA18 maybe hard for us. If we get at least 10 confirmed buyers, we can make them for you (SR)

i need one asap and want a decent one, something that wont fall to peices like the crappo ebay one on the car atm :wack:

Robdriftit

have you done any dyno work with these manifolds? just wondering how using a log style manifold affects midrange/topend :)

something i've been interested in switching to

The log manifold works to certain extent, but for the external wastegate placement needed you may see some boost creep.
