Doing another service soon and changing my oil, ive heard fuchs stuff is very good now so need some recomendations on what oil ...
and what denso sparks as ill be getting them from you!

Heres my spec:

2000 200sx S14a

Engine
74k on it
2.0 16v Turbo
HKS SPF
HKS Hi Power exhaust
Apex 3" Frontpipe
Driftworks Decat pipe
DB-Power FMIC
Polished pipework
Baileys polished BOV
Pigeon mod bungs
Walbro Fuel Pump
NGK BKR7EIX spark plugs

Whats the car used for? Just fast road or track/drift etc?

I would go 5w-40 synthetic this time of year, if you want the best then go ester based such as the Silkolene Pro S or the Motul 300v.
