As I'm having a new engine put it next week at ND. What cheapish mods do you guys recommend? Or should I pay off my debts first then mod my car more?
I was thinking about the boost upgrade, but then I'm scared of spending more money. I don't know, help me someone. Tell me the sensible answer please.

Your head says "repay the money", but the heart (and right foot) says "mod me baby!"

Repay your debts mate, if you start doing mods like the boost upgrade then soon after you will want more power. Trust me, everyone who started small have spent far too much money on our cars because we have got used to the power, you would never have enough money to pay off your debts.

Pay the depts off, definately.

You can always mod later.

You may care to go down the Uprated Smelly Tree route. Inexpensive and so, so rewarding.

DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF SMELLY TREES.

Good advice, I've called a halt to anymore engine mods for this year to let the bank balance settle a bit

Personally, Nathan, I would find 280bhp more than sufficient.

But, as they say, there's never enough power... http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/biggrin.gif

Pay your loan first mate. Ive spent s h i t loads on the car over the past few months and I really should buy other stuff....like a life.
But I still want new wheels, front shocks, oil cooler, spoiler sprayed and fitted.........

I know you are all right so I guess the loan will have to be paid.

Still, my car looks nice and (will) sound nice.

More speed wll have to wait.

Good advice people http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/smile.gif

Good choice - the bug got me before I realised this and me friggin' CC's are still
warped and wrinkly at the edges!
Hmmmmmmmm - anyone fancy doing me a favour, first seen at the end of "Fight Club" where they blow all the CC offices up to destroy everyones debt???

ANY TAKERS - At least the getaway cars will be up to the job!

Matt
(As if it isn't bad enough - there must have been at least 6 CC stands at Max Live over the weekend!)
