Yep, I've bought another one :D And its burgandy again (4th one this colour :rolleyes: )

Quick spec

* Tein coilovers
* some performaance exhaust (will check bore and make)
* T25G from 180SX
* Rear arch roll & flare
* 7J x 15 ET15 Mesh's
* Drift button
* rebuilt bottom end
* new turbo gaskets
* mig spec diff of death

The issues :smash:

* speedo doesn't work
* headlights wont pop up without pushing the pop up button
* wipers dont work on intermittant
* coilovers sound like Apex's :wack: Just kidding, they knock, but not that badly
* bodywork is nearly as good as my last S13
*drivers door doesn't lock with key :(

The plans (in order of importance)

* get driver door lock fixed
* sidemount bucket seat, subframe and harness
* fix a few more of the issues like speedo/wipers etc
* get new air filter
* get some drift wheels
* fill dents and paint it (not sure on colour yet, still semi open to suggestions)
* walbro fuel pump
* front mount
* T28, or if I'm feeling flash, GT28RS turbo
* HD St2 chip
* get wider rear wheels

And obviously drifting it comes in that list somewhere near the top.

Overall thought I'm mega chuffed to be back on the emotional rollercoaster that is S13 ownership after 8months away :D

Small update :

Stacked it into a curb on the way home from a 24hr shift at work, bent NSF lower arm, snapped tension rod and bent track rod 90 degrees and bent 2 of the SSR's :(

So after a few phone calls, Mitch and Andy F came up trumps with all the bits I need. Mitch had a complete NSF hub with tension rod and a spare track rod, and andy had the rims with road legal tyres :notworthy

I did do a bit of filling on OSR qtr panel, almost ready for paint, but at the minute the only paint we have left overs of at work is R.N.L.I. Rescue Orange.

I've also discovered its leaking gearbox oil ono the clutch. Its like having a really shit traction control system, cos whenever I boot it, the clutch just slips and I get the delightful smell of burning transmission fluid and toasted clutch :wack: So thats the main issue that needs sorting before its first drift outing :nod:

And for those people who said it needs to be lower, I currently have aprox 3in of ground clearance all round (front bumper, chassis rails and front crossmember). Once I get my new wheels fitted, I'm gonna see what the arch gaps are like with the new tyres, but hopefully I wont have to go much lower as the crossmember and chassis rails get a beating as it is :eek:

Thats not that low :wack: My 14a has/had about 1.5/2in of clearance :cool:

Sounds like its all coming together :)

Really?? Shit, I've failed :(

I see your from Lymington too. How the hell can you have that much ground clearance round here?? I work in Lymington, and live in New Milton, and no matter which way I go I ground out at least twice either on dodgy road camber or massive lumps in the tarmac :(

:wack: Grounding out is F.u.N :rolleyes:

I need to get my coilovers raised up soon as possible really. The exhaust (n1 dual) sits very low too which doesn't help. :cool:

Will have to meet up at some point, you had the r32 right?

Yeah, had it for about 4 months :rolleyes:

I will make a monthly meet soon, just a question of timing :wack:

Thats a nice car there, see it a few times at the DWYB days and it can skid well.
With the bent arms, also check your subframe as it could of done some damage too.

About 10seconds from my house :wack:

You work down there then?

Yeah, Mat used it to learn to drift in.

Subframe is fine, as I've fixed it all now and got alignment sorted :)

Yeah, I work for Greens, but over the river usually, I was just on night shift at that site when I took those pics :)
