Changing Fluids

Hey guys, I rang yesterday inquiring about oil for my 180sx import, and you suggested silkolene pro s 5 40.

I also want to change my gearbox oil and differential oil too for piece of mind.

I am running standard gearbox and I have a nismo pro 2way diff

Any recommendations?

Silkolene Syn5 75w-90 for the gearbox, Silkolene BOA90ls for the diff.
