My ps13 “Ruggers” (its called ruggers as when my mate picked it up from the docks he called me and said you know that ps13 were picking up it has a rug on its dash aka Ruggers)
After a bit of hagaling with the wife I bought the car and got it in this state

Fixed the misfire, It was rust inside the fuel tank, changed the tank ,fuel pump for a walbro , fuel filter and plugs.
Also removed the aircon , Erg and Carbon canistor

http://images.onesite.com/rocket.onesite.com/cimg0384.jpg
Bonnet pins replace and the bonnet got sprayed black
http://images.onesite.com/rocket.onesite.com/img_1475.jpg
http://images.onesite.com/rocket.onesite.com/img_1477.jpg
Changed the inside around a bit installed a momo steering wheel , gauges and some Ksport bucket seats and harness’s
http://images.onesite.com/rocket.onesite.com/img_1469.jpg
http://images.onesite.com/rocket.onesite.com/img_1471.jpg
Intercooler pipe work was chopped and messed around with so took it to a mate who welded it together and then changed all the silicone pipe work as the old stuff had perished
http://images.onesite.com/rocket.onesite.com/cimg0558.jpg
installed my nur spec r exhaust , had to buy a new down pipe and decat to get it to fit as it came off my s13 , its a bit loud at the moment may look at putting a silencer in place of the decat.

Very nice looking car, what wheels are they?
are those Rota D1 wheels, look a lot better. Oh an a nice turbo
Good work, looks a good solid car! Loving the interior
little bit of an update
got these which i think are works wheels http://i5.ebayimg.com/02/i/000/f2/53/26f6_1.JPG
going to refurb them and paint the centres Gold
http://images.onesite.com/rocket.onesite.com/large/cimg0728.jpg
only problem will need some arch rolling at the back (the tyres are 255's at the mo but going to change them to 245's i think )
http://images.onesite.com/rocket.onesite.com/large/cimg0731.jpg
and going to have to run wider fenders on the front any one got any idea what size i should go for
http://images.onesite.com/rocket.onesite.com/large/cimg0730.jpg
http://images.onesite.com/rocket.onesite.com/large/cimg0735.jpg
Nice little project, have you been flocking the dash yourself or did it come that way? With regards to your fenders it depends what size tyre you are intenting to run to the front really. How wide are the wheels too & offset? If you are going for a bit of a stretch on the front and maybe a bit more camber id guess you would be able to get away with around 20-25mm ones if not then maybe the wider ones that have the cutout bulge right by the door shut if you know the ones I mean :) Hope that helps keep up the good work
thanks for the reply
dash came like that from Japland , not to sure on the offset of the wheels there are no et numbers any were on them , going to run a 235 tyre on the wheels . is there any way i can figure out the offset etc..
I cant really say just yet if a 235 will be ok or not. Depends how low you go really A pal of mine is fitting 235 17's to a et15, 9.5 inch rim soon and he has the 20-25mm front fenders I think it will be close. You could always wait and see how that pans out :) To give you a comparison I have 225's on a 9.5 on the front it was ok when it was et20ish, but its now et5 and lower on coilovers and Ive had to fold the seam lip flat on the rear of the front inner arches so it clears on lock. If you want minimal tyre to arch clearance and dont mind a bit of fiddling to make it work get the 20-25mm ones, or if you want to play it safe go for the lager size
How wide are you fronts anyway?
little update car is now off the road fitting turbo and trying to work out vems but heres a how its coming along

Yes it is midnight purple, had a 45 min talk with the painter about it as he has done another car in the same colour and found there were 3 different types and that only 1 you can get hold of :-)

Car looks fantastic! Wheels suit it really well!
Out of interest how are you going to get the Digital dash stuff to work? Whats involved in the process?
Cheers, Dylan.
cheers for the comments everyone , going to crack open the crate Monday as ive had a busy weekend.
regarding the digital dash it will be a case of cutting the existing loom and rewiring. hope fully ill be able to tweak the speedo so it would be able to use it direct from the gear box out put if not it comes with a speed sensor so will have to set that up so it gets a signal. I will stick pics up with what i have done

ksport 356mm 8pots for the front and the 330mm 6pots for the rear :D
need a little help with wheels as i am useless as figuring out offsets , 25mm wider front wings and 50mm over fenders on the back. I want to order some SSR Professors and want the best fit / offsets i can get only thing is they need to clear the brakes. PLEASE HELP:D
well on my s13 i run 25mm wider front wings with a 9j et 0 wheel, bit of stretch tyre 215/45
on the back i run 50mm wider rears and i have a 10.5 et3 wheel at the back with a bit of stretch running 245 tyres, im gonna space my rears to something like a -17 offset as there is still space
depends what tyres u want and widths etc the spoke design will determine brake clearance, hope thats a little guidance
This is looking really tasty, watching with interest
Update time
this weekend i got the engine installed , still lots to do but at least i can work round the car now and measure up for bits i need to sort out. It was not the easiest install as i did not not want to scratch the new paint work. I got a friend to make me an a frame to make the job easier and it worked a treat.

:D:D:D:D:D:D:D Cheers for the comments
went in underneath with the engine , took it as close as we could with the a frame then sat it on the ground re picked it up and then went up again and in it went.
sounds so easy lol it was not to bad but we took our time with it. When we got to the final bit we found that one area of the gear box was still touching the tunnel so had to massage it so it went in. Also the breather pipe for the gear box was on a tiny bracket that was catching and stopping the last bit going in. was all good fun :wack:
