Right then, after the great welcome and work with this dream machine, here is how it came together more or less

It all started with news of the old S14 HH turning into mostly rust and Doc reporting it wasnt that good for cooking anyway and with the Scots one ready from last year and the northerners threatening (and very successfully completing) thier very own version, me in my usual flippant it wont take 5mins way thought it be a sterling idea to create a new improved replacement for the south. Using a team of crack crack pots, this is how the story unfolds...

Firstly, find a dead s14 for general donation, Many thanks to Dave200 and the welsh contingent for this vital stage of the plan

So me and Jim, set off with the oily snowdrop and a stolen trailer (ok, rented) to the strange foreign place of wales where they charge you to get in but thankfully let you escape for free :D

(BTW, we knew about the shell mid march and managed to get it back late may :wack: )

Anyway, work progressed early June-ish :wack: With myself, Jim, Paul_s13 and The Don.

After a lot of clearing out, mostly by the Jim, We knicked last years bbq and after some cutting welding and general 'modding' it was ready! Yeah right! still it was a good start...

Next step was the actual trailer/movement bit of the damn thing, again, another 5min job :wack:

We knew she was gonna be bulky, esp after the mass metal buy and my instance on using 4" box, grrrrrrrr so a 'proper hitch was sourced eventually and brought to the table by Mr. Dunn. (thanks to Paul and Dunn for hacking into my ebay and asking people about enlargent devices for the smaller man :wack: :ghey: )

The fabwork was a bit of an arse, to this point it should be noted we had got through at least 6 angle grinding discs doing just the bbq bit :smash:

So, next step...

trailering mods, no initial pics, but me and Jim wrestled with another 8 discs and 3 drill bits to get the legs on, 3 m12 bolts on each with 7x4 spreader plates inside, then the tri was made for the coupling...

Mark and Danielle came over to drop some merchandise of too me and soon gotr roped into helping! They did a sterling job of creating my a-team dream

By this point, I wanted to set fire to the whole of it as it wasnt going as well as I hoped and it was the weekend before JAE

Still we carried on making progress by cutting out the floor... err hang on, thats just making more work... ah crap

After that and another 25 odd discs!) it was towed down to mine on the wednesday night. The wednesday morning me and Mrs. Docwra went to the fabric shop (theyre really cool! :ghey: :D ) ato choose the pimp fabric.

I then left her on the thursday to furb up most of the interior which looks superb :notworthy

I added a few touches (fairly lights, mirror ball, disco light, etc') The mysterious ocho came and finished off some welding, some artistic flamage by me, wheel changes by Doc and eventually some stickers from Bon saw the pretty much finished article!!!
