Wheels and suspention are on hold for a bit, im happy as looks for now

the boot should be A-ok by the end of the weekend (remove spoiler and fill in holes :lol:)

I like the tinted rear lights, was it hard to do? you seem to have done a real good job of it.

get some front indicators on there to match the side repeaters.

Don't like the wheels tho, why not go for something like this

mmm not too bad i have a wheel in mind

with the rear lights i basicly rubbed them down with 1200, cleaned them off with brake cleaner then used the famous nissan kuro black lightly dusting them over, then laquer then polish then wax :)

I think i love those lights now ive finnaly seen some done properly! I tryed ages ago on a diff car and geve up as when I was done you couldnt see the light throguht them lol :annoyed:

hmmm filling those holes with fibreglass.... Prepare to see them crack.

Should have welded them up then skimmed the top with filler.

otherwise extremely nice, Im looking for a standardish s13 preferably in black and this definatly floats my boat!

Well the lights are lexus lights that were tinted and wired to light up all four instead of just the outers

And the centre is of a set of lexus style ones but with the black background

lowering comences when i get paid lol

the lights are two sets mixed to make one

If that was lowered, I think it would be my favourite S13 at the moment. With tints, smoked side repeaters & old skool plates, that would be perfect (for me, anyways). 180sx carpet as well :D

the bore of that exahust back box is waaaaaaaaaaaaay too small, they sell them in the motor factors round here and i looked at one myself when i was going to make a custom system,

its something like 1 3/4 and you can cut the pipe off the end to make it to 2 1/4 i think. may not even be that big, but its still way too small for a turbo engine with as much power as an s13 does as standard

fair enough, what size is the system you have on there at the moment?? i thought mongoose were at least 2.5''.

the bung in my exhaust is 2'' and you can notice the power increace when you remove it

Thats a halfords special backbox, had one on a Prelude. Save your cash for a full 3 inch system. Would be much better and help performance.

they do them in halfords but i got mine from somewhere else

the mongoose is a 2 1/2" but the ends met perfectly so the exhaust must have been the same, now its been used it does have a deep groan to it which is nice, cant open her up though, far to wet for that and i dont wanna write it off

Planning on getting tints soon, its on the list lol

car gets washed every few days by the lot in asda car park lol

lots of people on DW want my lights too, get about 6 PM's a day wanting them lol
