As said in the other thread.
For the engine, I would infact go for the 10w-50 from Silkolene as it is quite high spec and assuming the car will be used quite hard? the 10w-50 is also find for daily winter use in the UK.
For the geabox the Silkolene Syn5 75w-90, this is a top oil and once in there will be good for some time. The ester content of the oil is very good at dealing with the extra loads put on the gearbox by running excess bhp over stock.
For the diff, start of with the BOA90ls from Silkolene, this is a good gloupy mineral oil but as said before if you can find out what diff it is that would make the choice easier.
