We are pleased to announce that we now have an expanded range of Castrol Oils in stock including

Castrol Edge 0w-30, 5w-30, 10w-60 (replaces TWS), Edge TD 0w-30 and 5w-40

Castrol Edge Sport 0w-40 (replaces RS) and Edge Sport 10w-60 (replaces RS)

Bike Oils including R4, R2, GPS, GP and a full range of gear oils, brake fluids and workshop items including SRF Brake Fluid.

is 10w60 edge alright for a sr20det?

how often should it be changed? normal road driving...?

I wouldnt go for the 10w-60 unless the mods and use are extreme.

I would look at 5-40 or 10w-50 tops, look at Silkolene and Motul.

and
Castrol Edge Sport 10w-60 (Replaces Castrol RS 10w-60)

I don't know about these grades, but the 0w30 Edge comes in VAG spec and ACEA A3 spec. The VAG isn't certified as meeting A3 - buyer beware as the can looks the same - except for the small print of course:).

The Edge is an ester/pao synthetic, the Edge Sport is a hydrocracked mineral oil.
