Just spent half a day routing cables and wiring in my DSp and head unit. The head unit works fine but the DSp won't fire up. I haven't conected the amps or speakers yet but surely if the dsp has power it should light up regardless of whther there is a sound signal?

What is wrong with my DSp. i am not a happy man.

dont know whats wrong with it mate but it should power up regardless of speaker connections.

Do you have a tester??

what make dsp is it? usually there's a blue remote wire to turn it on.

The remote is in. I have power and earth to the hide away. reckon it is the hide away or face unit.

I am going to strip it out and have it tested in the stereo centre workshop
