help - Removing sony head unit.....

Hello,
i just got my s14a and its got a sony tape head unit and a sony 10 cd changer in the boot. are these standard in the touring ? (R reg 97)
i wanna put my pioneer head unit in an connect it to the cd changer ( possible , i think) but does this sony one have some nissan code or something that might make it think its being stolen if i remove it? Help please :)

I've got a 95 S14 touring, standard Sony Head & changer. I took mine out for other reasons. All was well when I reconnected.

Make sure you get all the screws out. The surround around the AC controls all comes out as one piece with the stereo in a metal tray. Take your time to find all the screws, some under the ash tray!!
