bottom end timing sprocket trouble

need help can someone tell me how to get this sprocket off my g reg (it the old one) that has no holes in it and i carnt get a puller too fit it,

also i broke the half moon part of my cam (outlet) will this stop my car from running right :(

do you have the engine out? if so I guess you're changing the oil pump anyway so you can undo that, prise it off with a big bar then hammer the shit out of it to get the sprocket off
