hi there sx owners,just a quick one,whats the best way to clean a intercooler in side,,,free from oil,,
mines got cappy oil patchs inside,,,,,,,,,,

Carb cleaner or technicall petroll. But be sure you give it long time to evaporate to avoid erratic engine operation :)

Also good idea could be WAP cleaner with slight pressure (high pressure WAP cleaners could be dangerous for IC) and some degrasser added into canister for cleaning fluid. After that put nozzle in IC input and spray and spray :) until clean water comes out of IC.

Word of warning - Never spray from close distance on IC fins from outside or pressure will damage them. Saw few peoples wich learned that hard way.

I just washed it with usual petrol... About 4 liters... And spent couple of hours to straighten fins
