Hi,
Having sold my car,i have a brand new still boxed garrett gt28rs with a 0.86a/r which i never got round to fitting,comes with actuator and rod.staight swap for standard turbo with the t25 flange.Offers??(not silly ones).Send me a e-mail/pm for any details.

when you say a straight swap for standard turbo with t25 flange. Does this mean that the core does not have to be rotated to be fitted to an s13 with a t25 as standard? Do you need the intake flange to fit to an s13?

The turbo can be clocked easily,fits to the standard manifold ,quite a few people have done it and it's not too hard.

You'll need an inlet flange and you also have to rotate the core. It's almost exactly the same as fitting an S14 T28.

it'll need rotating (5 minutes work) the inlet on the RS is a lot larger than the t25 so you'd need new pipework but not a bolt on flange like the t28/gt28r
